What is it like to work at Canopy Center?

“I first discovered Canopy Center in a School of Human Ecology Career & Leadership Digest email and was intrigued by their unique mission to not only treat but prevent child abuse, so decided to pursue the opportunity to become a Fundraising and Development Intern. Interning at Canopy Center has simultaneously helped me build strong connections with outstanding professionals in the nonprofit sector and develop critical fundraising skills. These concrete skills in grant-writing, event planning, and donor communications helped me secure other relevant positions and I now feel capable to take them on.”
